Connecticut is seeking a vendor for a cloud-based time tracking software solution with Acumatica integration, kiosk support, secure authentication, and configurable attendance features over a five-year contract.

DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based timekeeping system capable of capturing employee time and attendance data, including support for shared kiosk clock-ins, identity verification, and integration with Acumatica for payroll and financial processing. The system must allow for a centralized kiosk configuration, enabling multiple employees to clock in and out on the same device during shared shifts, and support up to three active kiosks concurrently. Additional requirements include prevention of administrator access on kiosks, rapid sequential clock-ins without individual logins, unique overtime rules by employee or department, PTO balance tracking or integration, tracking of lates and absences, and customizable popup menus and notifications upon clocking in/out.

Authentication must include biometric and badge-based methods, with employee verification integrated with existing badge credentials. The solution should be cloud-hosted (SaaS) with no on-premises servers required, web-based administrative access, and API-based or certified connector integration with Acumatica. Role-based access controls for administrators, supervisors, and employees, as well as secure data storage and transmission, are also mandatory. The contract period will be five years.
