Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
This RFP seeks proposals for a time and attendance system designed to eliminate duplicate time entry, reduce multiple review requirements, and decrease the administrative burden for timekeepers and payroll personnel. The goal is to streamline the payroll cycle while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
The selected vendor will assist and support the configuration of the software, provide application, technical, and administrative training, as well as ongoing support and maintenance with a commitment to excellent customer service. The system must accommodate around–the–clock (24/7) and unionized environments, and must offer both one–time and ongoing costs as distinct line items.
Key requirements include web browser-based time entry, exception-based entry for salaried employees, support for monthly and biweekly payroll cycles, comprehensive leave and compensation reporting in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and government regulations, flexible workflows, robust leave and absence management including accrual tracking, and multiple options for capturing daily time worked. Applications that integrate seamlessly with existing software systems and offer maximal flexibility will be given the strongest consideration.
