The City of Maryland is seeking qualified vendors to replace and implement a modern, efficient time and attendance, human resources, and payroll system. The selected vendor will provide, configure, and implement a comprehensive Time and Attendance System to serve as the central platform for timekeeping, replacing the City’s current system.
The solution must offer a flexible scheduling platform that accommodates diverse operational needs across various departments. Key features include support for employees with multiple positions, collaborative supervision for schedule management, and the ability to prevent scheduling conflicts such as double-booking or overlapping shifts. The system should allow for scheduling different shift types and include tools for managing court appearances, training, and other non-patrol duties, particularly for Police personnel. Mobile device compatibility for scheduling is required, with primary browser support for Microsoft Edge and secondary support for Chrome.
A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2026, and all questions regarding the scope of services must be submitted by January 28, 2026. The contract awarded for these services will have a term of five years.
