The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information and Technology, is seeking information from qualified Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) regarding their capability to provide TileFlow Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software licenses and maintenance. The planned procurement would require a firm-fixed-price contract for the renewal of TileFlow software maintenance, including technical support and software updates, over a 12-month base period with the possibility of four additional 12-month option periods.
The Department is particularly interested in identifying organizations with the technical expertise and resources necessary to deliver these products and services. This request is being issued solely for planning purposes to assess market availability and technical capabilities, which will inform the development of the acquisition strategy. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with information about their capabilities relevant to this requirement.
