DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Kankakee, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide updated Tightrope media server services, including replacing obsolete equipment with a new Cablecast omnichannel video server featuring SDI and HLS outputs and 8TB storage. The project includes an annual hardware warranty subscription for the CBL–VIOLITE–omni, with the first three years covered, as well as Cablecast gold support provided for one year per channel (I/O).
The scope requires remote training, installation assistance, and ongoing service.
