City of Peoria, Arizona
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive ticketing system and rights services aimed at efficiently managing and tracking business activities related to ticket sales. The selected system must facilitate enhanced control and tracking of all financial transactions, contribute to improved sales operations, and enable substantial increases in pre-season, single game, season/subscription sales, as well as support a variety of purchasing methods.
Key requirements include the provision of an unlimited supply of ticket stock and envelopes, seamless integration of ticketing information into the venue’s core business functions, and delivering management with actionable data to support informed decision-making. The system must feature an online seating chart capable of displaying the total inventory of the house, with support for multiple chart configurations and identifiers for season, group, and package holders. Detailed section, seat, and row information should be available, with available and unavailable seats clearly marked.
Additionally, the system should allow for seats to be temporarily held from sales during the purchase decision, with timed limitations, support online credit card authorization, and generate comprehensive, real-time reports and event seating manifests that detail sales by category. The ability to audit and track sales activity, with up-to-the-minute status updates for events, is also required.
