A university in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated ticketing and donor management software solution to support large-scale university events. The solution should offer a comprehensive, branded, real-time e-commerce platform for managing ticket sales, donor engagement, and a wide variety of events including athletics, theater, student activities, and university-wide functions.
The selected vendor will be responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet the university's branding and operational needs, ensuring mobile-optimized performance across browsers and devices. The system must integrate seamlessly—either natively or via API—with the university's current ERP system (such as Banner), payment gateways (including Bluefin), and other core platforms. Real-time synchronization between the ticketing, donor management, and financial systems is required, with support for secure data transfers to university databases, CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and data analytics tools.
The scope of work includes providing software, hosting, integration services, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and technical support. The anticipated contract period for this engagement is five years.
