A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive cloud-based ticketing platform. The solution should integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing tools, support ticket sales through a variety of channels—including on-campus facilities, telephone, and the internet—and include all necessary equipment and peripherals for event management.
The platform must offer features such as venue access control with barcoding, integrated event management tools, and CRM utilities that support email marketing, audience analytics, and segmentation. Vendors are expected to provide a plan for regular updates and continuous improvement of both hardware and software components over the contract term. Additionally, the selected vendor must supply relevant manuals, schedules, and preventative maintenance plans for all installed hardware, as well as operational procedures related to the platform. A fee schedule for credit card charges associated with the ticketing platform is also required.
