The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, scalable, and fully integrated Ticketing, Membership, and Fan Engagement platform. The chosen solution must deliver best-in-class digital experiences for customers while supporting operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and revenue growth.
The platform is required to offer integrated ticketing and membership management, comprehensive e-commerce capabilities for tickets, memberships, and add-ons, as well as real-time or near real-time CRM integration. An API-first architecture to facilitate future integrations and a secure, highly available cloud-based SaaS delivery model are essential.
Key features include both reserved and general admission ticketing, interactive seat maps with 3D or “view from seat” options, mobile/app ticketing compatibility, dynamic and variable pricing, waitlists and a resale or official ticket exchange, group booking tools, and advanced bulk operations. Functions to support membership management, customer experience, payments and commerce, as well as reporting, analytics, access control, venue operations, and back office administration are also required. The platform should include real-time dashboards, reporting on sales, revenue, and attendance, and robust administrative controls.
