A three-year contract opportunity is available for vendors to provide a comprehensive ticketing management system. The selected vendor will be expected to supply a solution that meets specific evaluation criteria and technical specifications, ensuring it aligns with the operational needs of the organization.
Proposals should detail planned upgrade cycles, including anticipated costs for both hardware and software updates over the contract term. Vendors are required to specify their pricing structure, outline how the organization will be billed, and note any potential discounts for early payment of invoices. Additionally, submissions should describe payment terms, including provisions for withholding a portion of payment until the system is fully implemented and the desired project outcomes are achieved.
All questions pertaining to this opportunity must be submitted by December 9, 2025. The contract is intended to run for a period of three years, with implementation guarantees forming part of the agreement.
