A government authority in Montana is seeking a vendor to provide ticketing and baggage remodel services. The scope of work includes a comprehensive range of construction activities such as excavation, backfilling, utility installation, concrete and asphalt paving, general site work, and demolition. Additional services required encompass structural, miscellaneous, and decorative steel work, railings, carpentry, finish carpentry, casework, solid surface fabrications, and countertops.
Other aspects of the project involve insulation, caulking, flashing, expansion control, doors and hardware, access doors, glazing, mirrors, storefronts, overhead doors and grilles, glass railing, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, acoustic ceilings, drywall suspension assemblies, wood ceilings, various floor coverings, resinous flooring, floor and wall tiles, and both interior and exterior painting. The remodel also requires the installation of signage, toilet and bath accessories, wall and door protection, fire extinguisher cabinets, lockers, grills and screens, as well as the integration of fire sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, communications, access control, and fire alarm systems. The baggage handling system is also part of the remodel scope.
