DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Warrenton, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive third-party property management services. Key responsibilities include developing marketing and outreach strategies, preparing affirmative marketing and tenant selection plans that ensure non-discrimination, and overseeing all aspects of leasing and occupancy.
