DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide third party emergency medical billing services over a three-year contract period. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing all aspects of emergency medical billing, including ensuring that invoices and correspondence are properly formatted so that all payments are directed to the agency. The vendor must utilize the designated banking institution for the deposit of all received checks.

Vendors are required to generate and provide a range of standard and specialized reports, such as customer reports, billing account status reports (tracking 30, 60, and 90-day statuses), patient summary reports, billing receivables reports, closed accounts reports, billing A/R reconciliation reports, aged accounts receivable analysis, write-off analysis, and New Jersey quarterly trip statistic reports.
