DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Spartanburg, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide third party inspections services for two upcoming construction projects. The required services include all Chapter 1 IBC and Chapter 17 IBC Testing Services. The first project involves the construction of a free-standing Weight Room, parking lot, and associated grading and paving on the campus of Broome High School. The second project consists of building a free-standing Logistics Center, CDL Driving Range, and carrying out associated grading, paving, parking, and ingress/egress updates at the Daniel Morgan Technology Center.

Vendors are expected to submit hourly rates, per test costs, travel charges, and other reimbursable expenses, along with an estimate of probable costs for the required inspections and tests, concluding with a total probable cost. All vendor questions regarding the bid must be submitted no later than April 1, 2026. The contract will be for a period of one year.
