This request for proposal seeks qualified vendors to deliver third-party claim administration services. The provider will manage claims for auto liability, first party property, general liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation. The contract will require 24/7 claims intake capability, including handling after-hours and catastrophic claims.
Vendors must be able to customize claim intake scripts and data fields to suit client requirements. Additionally, the provider should offer a special workers’ compensation claim category for complex medical-only cases that require more intensive handling than standard claims, though not rising to the level of a lost time claim.
The contract will span a three-year period, and questions concerning RFP specifics should be submitted by April 29, 2026.
