DESCRIPTION

A third-party administrator (TPA) is sought to provide comprehensive services for facility maintenance and repair projects. The TPA should possess substantial administrative experience in project management and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the construction, repair, and maintenance of public buildings. Responsibilities include supplying a dedicated project team with an appropriate organizational structure and key personnel as identified in the proposal.

The TPA will be responsible for managing conflicts and fostering clear communication between the agency and awarded subcontractors. The selected firm must provide, manage, and host an online task order system that allows for submission, modification, and tracking of all work. The system should capture essential details such as agency name, contact information, task order address, repair or maintenance type, and funding date.

Additionally, the TPA will be tasked with developing selection criteria, soliciting, evaluating, and selecting multiple prequalified subcontractors for each major trade and sub-specialty necessary for the projects.
