DESCRIPTION

The city is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive third-party administrator (TPA) services for its self-insured workers’ compensation and liability programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for end-to-end claims intake and administration, including medical bill review, access to PPO and healthcare networks, utilization review, and nurse case management.

Additional responsibilities include pharmacy benefit coordination, subrogation and recovery efforts, administration of liability claims, and ensuring Medicare compliance. The TPA will also manage litigation, deliver high-quality customer service, ensure accessibility, and manage the implementation and overall administration of the account.

All vendor questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026.
