DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide third party administrator services, an employee assistance program, and care navigation services. These may include support for personal and family health needs, workplace performance and development, and assistance with workplace challenges and environments.

Care Navigation Services will utilize a member-facing digital platform, offering members access to program information and services through a secure web and/or mobile portal. Core platform features are expected to include self-service access to benefits information, eligibility resources, provider search, and claims status, as well as secure communications capabilities. Additional services required are a Personal Health Dashboard, online wellness coaching, and tele-medicine health coaching.

Vendors must also deliver benefits navigation and advocacy, provider search and scheduling support, claims and eligibility assistance, and help with ID cards, prior authorization, and appeals. Accessibility and inclusion are important, with language services and accommodations required. The contract is for one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 27, 2026, and questions to be submitted by April 1, 2026.
