DESCRIPTION

The county is seeking a vendor to provide third party administrative services for employees, retirees, and COBRA participants, including both county and constitutional officers. Services required encompass administration of Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) with debit card functionality, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), and full COBRA administration and compliance across medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Additionally, the selected vendor will manage retiree billing and premium collection for individuals under age 65 (covering medical, dental, and vision) and those age 65 and older (including Medicare supplement, pharmacy part D, dental, and vision).
