DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Third-Party Administration (TPA) services to support the delivery, coordination, and ongoing administration of a benefit program. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of administrative, operational, and coordination functions vital to the successful management of the program and the effective delivery of benefits to members.

Services will encompass medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending, and related benefit offerings, covering both urban and rural, as well as underserved communities. The TPA will oversee the complete administration of Open Enrollment (OE) activities, including processing all enrollment transactions, conducting eligibility verification, validating supporting documentation, inputting enrollment data into relevant systems, and resolving discrepancies.

The vendor must ensure efficient coordination and execution of all enrollment functions to facilitate accurate and timely benefit administration for program members.
