A government authority in Little Rock, Arkansas seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive thermal transfer printing services. The selected vendor will supply thermal transfer printing systems, including all necessary servers, printers, networking equipment, and related software needed to establish and maintain high-volume batch printing operations.
Required services also include provision of thermal transfer system supplies such as printing ribbon and blank registration documents, as well as implementation and integration of software with the existing motor vehicle system. The vendor must supply a web-based application for staff to manage system configurations, review transaction data, and carry out inquiries and audits. System capabilities must support the printing of 2,000 vehicle registrations per hour with an additional backup printer of equal capacity, servicing annual batch printing of approximately 500,000 registrations.
Additional responsibilities encompass system testing, repairs for identified issues, training, reporting, and ongoing support services. The initial contract period will be for three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
