The state of New York is seeking a vendor to provide licenses and support for Nuance Vocalizer text-to-speech (TTS) software. This procurement includes Nuance Vocalizer for Network TTS—English, with per-port licensing for 53 ports, as well as additional language pack licenses for the same capacity. The requirement also encompasses hot standby licensing for both the English TTS and additional language packs, ensuring redundancy and high availability for 53 ports each.
Additionally, the vendor will provide a Nuance License Manager v11.x.x per site license for Windows. Annual maintenance and premium support for the software are required to ensure ongoing reliability and performance. Vendors should have experience with network-based TTS solutions and supporting enterprise-level deployments.
