A Canadian agency is seeking a test automation solution designed for Microsoft D365 platforms, including Finance & Operations, eCommerce, Power Pages (B2B vendor portal), and Commerce POS. The desired solution should deliver an end-to-end test automation framework capable of supporting automated scenarios across these platforms. Key requirements include reusable test assets, low-code or no-code capabilities such as visual modeling and drag-and-drop interfaces, and comprehensive integration with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. The solution must also provide in-depth reporting and analytics, including step-level logs, screenshots, videos, and performance metrics.

Vendors are expected to ensure consolidated reporting across multiple platforms and deliver robust knowledge transfer for both technical and business users.
