DESCRIPTION

Airports in Florida are seeking a qualified concessionaire to develop, operate, and maintain a comprehensive terminal advertising program. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and executing an airport-wide advertising strategy that optimizes revenue while improving the passenger experience, ensuring all advertising solutions align with airport brand standards, architectural themes, and sense-of-place objectives.

Responsibilities include the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of advertising displays and related infrastructure, with all installations subject to airport approval and compliance with safety, durability, and regulatory standards. The concessionaire will integrate advertising elements seamlessly with terminal architecture and oversee the introduction of new advertising infrastructure in conjunction with terminal upgrades and new concourses.

The selected provider will create and implement a robust sales and marketing plan aimed at attracting national, regional, and local advertisers, while also supporting airport and city public service announcements and community messaging. The advertising program will encompass the installation, operation, and maintenance of advanced digital advertising networks, complete with content management, monitoring, and reporting capabilities. Turnkey program management, including daily operations, staff oversight, and the delivery of secure, reliable digital assets that support remote monitoring and reporting, is required. The successful applicant will also prepare a detailed transition plan covering asset conversion, sales onboarding, advertiser migration, and operational readiness. The initial contract term is seven years.
