The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide Tera mind User Activity Monitoring (UAM) license services. The primary goal is to deploy a platform capable of establishing precise behavioral baselines, enhancing audit and forensic capabilities, and enabling rapid responses to emerging security risks.
The desired solution must offer advanced behavioral analytics and anomaly detection, allowing for the identification of activities that diverge from normal user behavior and may indicate misuse, negligence, or malicious actions. Customizable, policy-based alerts and risk scoring are required so that the agency can proactively respond to specific behaviors or threshold breaches. Data loss prevention features are essential, ensuring the ability to monitor and block potential exfiltration of sensitive information, including personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive personal information (SPI), and protected health information (PHI), across diverse data channels.
The platform should provide seamless integration with existing security and compliance frameworks, supporting adherence to internal controls. Additionally, it must deliver centralized operational visibility into high-risk activities across both remote and hybrid work environments, without negatively impacting system performance or necessitating intrusive installation procedures.
