Tennis and Pickleball Facility Operations and Equity Programming Service

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission (CRC) seeks a qualified contractor to manage operations and equity programming for tennis and pickleball facilities, primarily at the Lindner Family Tennis Center. The selected vendor will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including the scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of tennis and pickleball leagues and tournaments.

Key responsibilities include calendar and event planning, as well as staff management—from hiring and onboarding to scheduling and payroll oversight. The contractor will collaborate with school athletic directors for athletic programming, facilitate professional lessons, oversee cash handling and deposits through the CRC Ricrac POS system, and manage court rentals.

Additional duties involve procuring goods for concession sales, maintaining inventory, processing tournament fees, securing the facility daily, and ensuring quality customer service. The contractor is expected to work closely with stakeholders such as the National Junior Tennis League, Indigo Golf, First Tee, Tony Yates Golf, and other CRC staff. Web content management and coordinating facility maintenance with various vendors are also core aspects of the contract.
