The solution will support the colleges, their system office, and the shared services center, offering a comprehensive approach to managing temporary parking passes and validations.
The required system must be fully hosted and accessible via a standard web browser for both administrators and end-users. Its primary function is to issue digital parking passes linked to vehicle license plates, thereby eliminating the use of physical permits or dashboard passes. Features must include public and administrative portals accessible through direct web links and QR codes, the ability for administrators to create and customize multiple portals for different user groups or events, and the capacity for restricted access as needed for internal staff or specialized uses.
This contract is expected to span a five-year period, providing ongoing access and support for all participating institutions within the system.
