The project encompasses the full range of services, including the conceptual design, development of lighting plans and technical drawings, and, if applicable, engineering documentation. Applicants should demonstrate creativity and innovation in the use of light, technology, and interactive elements within their proposed installations.

Responsibilities include the fabrication, transportation, installation, and on-site assembly of the artwork, ensuring all work complies with city codes and relevant permitting processes. Selected artists or teams will also prepare a maintenance and operations plan for site staff, and at the project's conclusion, manage the deinstallation and restore the site to its original condition. All lighting and electrical components are to be provided as part of the installation.
