The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 7, is seeking to award a Firm–Fixed–Price contract for the Design–Bid–Build Temporary Compounding Area Project at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. The selected contractor will be responsible for all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials required to complete project 534–24–902, which includes demolition and renovation to construct a Containment–Segregated Compounding Area compliant with USP standards.

Contractors are expected to coordinate closely with facility representatives, with all major scheduling approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The contract period of performance will be approximately 60 calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The procurement will be managed as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted under FAR Part 14 and is set aside exclusively for Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
