City of Hidden Hills
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The city seeks a qualified graphic design firm to provide comprehensive design services for four major municipal communications initiatives. These include the development of a visually engaging city newsletter template that maintains consistency with the city's established branding, as well as editable layout files using industry-standard design software such as Adobe InDesign or its equivalent.
Additionally, the selected vendor will be responsible for creating a citywide design template and a cohesive visual identity system for all print and digital platforms. The project also covers the development of branding standards and launch marketing for a new AI Library, an innovative community resource offering access to artificial intelligence tools, digital literacy programs, and technology education. Deliverables include flyer and event collateral templates, branded headers for email newsletters, and the design of an AI Library card, all to ensure consistent application of the city's visual identity.
These materials will be utilized for community distribution, website updates, and sharing on social media, as part of the 65th anniversary commemorative efforts and ongoing engagement campaigns.
