The requesting agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive television, radio, and social media advertising services. The selected partner will serve as a strategic collaborator in the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives, including regional advertising campaigns across television, radio, print, digital, social media, multicultural publications, and alternative media channels.
Services required include the development of integrated campaign strategies to influence customer behavior, shift perceptions, and enhance preference for public transit. The scope also encompasses creative development and production of advertising campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and promotion of specialized programs or services as needed.
The vendor will be responsible for media planning and buying, recommending and executing strategic media plans to effectively reach priority audiences. Additionally, responsibilities include in-market performance analysis for real-time optimization and ongoing performance recommendations throughout campaign execution. The selected partner may also be asked to provide marketing, advertising, and communications support for additional divisions and initiatives as directed.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 22, 2026. The contract period will be five years, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled on April 20, 2026.
