The government authority in Oregon seeks a vendor to provide teleophthalmology program support services for Urban Indian Health Care clinics, Tribal Health Clinics, and Indian Health Service hospitals and clinics. The chosen vendor will be responsible for ongoing development, implementation, and operational support of teleophthalmology activities, including provision of software, services, and equipment.
Services include maintaining an externally facing website for the program in collaboration with the web development division, as well as developing and maintaining an internal website to support program end-users. The vendor must provide primary infrastructure support for continuous operations, and support comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) at the national operations and reading center.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with data collection for peer review, operational efficiency analyses, and other program evaluations. The engagement is intended to support sustainable, high-quality teleophthalmology services across multiple healthcare settings.
