DESCRIPTION
The State of Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide and manage a telecommunications expense management system. This system should automatically capture and store all payment data, billing items, contract terms, inventory items, and carrier ordering activities in a centralized repository or database. Carrier ordering responsibilities include provisioning services, ensuring timely order submissions to carriers, and updating circuit inventories to reflect all transaction impacts accurately and in real time.
The selected contractor will be tasked with managing telecommunications expense services for multiple billing entities, ranging from large organizations with complex, frequent billing cycles to smaller groups with simpler, intermittent billing needs.
