A California agency is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a telecom management system that will serve as a replacement for existing home-grown and legacy applications. The project includes the end-to-end implementation of the new system, covering work order and billing functionality, as well as the migration of data from legacy systems onto the new platform.
The selected vendor will be responsible for configuring workflows to support work order processing, billing operations, and reporting requirements. Additionally, the vendor will develop and execute a comprehensive data migration plan, ensuring a smooth transition of information. Integration with the agency's existing campus infrastructure and enterprise systems, such as financial platforms and user directories, is required.
