KEY REQUIREMENTS

Offerors must normally and regularly engage in the business of preparations, filing, and managing disbursement of Federal Funding for Hospitals IT Equipment and Services.
Offerors must have a minimum of five years of experience providing Consulting Services of the same scale and scope as required by SUNY-DHSU.
Offeror must provide demonstrable familiarity with the eligible services and equipment which are contracted by SUNY.
Offerors must submit the names and contact information of at least three entities for whom it has provided similar systems and services in the past three years, and which are willing to provide a reference on behalf of the Offeror to the SUNY-DHSU.
Offerors must provide a detailed written description of the proposed services and calendar of critical dates for each year of funding, as they are published.
Consortia must maintain 50% or above the rurality ratio since its' inception.
Offerors has ability to apply for RHC funding for years 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030.
Offeror must establish and maintain relationships with relevant Service Providers and Vendors.
Offeror must have experience, process, and systems to disburse all funding prior to deadlines as of set forth by current FCC program rules.
