DESCRIPTION

The City seeks vendors to deliver programs, activities, or services focused on teen and pre–teen populations. The goal is to establish partnerships that strengthen community relationships, foster sustainable growth, and address the unique needs of youth. Proposed offerings should support the development of teens and pre-teens through meaningful engagement and opportunities for enrichment.

Initiatives should provide broad public benefit, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all participants. Priority will be given to projects that promote community identity, engagement, and cultural enrichment while aligning with the City's strategic objectives. Proposals with private sector feasibility, revenue-generating potential, sustainability, and minimal reliance on public subsidies are especially encouraged.

Partnerships may include plans for end dates or service transition to the private sector, supporting both nonprofit and private entities in meeting unmet community needs. Collaborative efforts should contribute significantly to community well-being and economic vitality.
