The government authority in Diamond Ville, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive technology refresh service across multiple district facilities. The scope of work includes the procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology equipment.
Services required involve device imaging and setup, enrollment in district systems such as Google Admin and mobile device management (MDM), as well as network configuration and testing. The vendor will be responsible for asset tagging, a turnkey procurement and deployment of all equipment, on-site installation, and environmentally responsible disposal of existing equipment.
The project also requires coordination with district staff to minimize operational disruption, on-site installation of all equipment, and thorough functional testing of all devices. A mandatory on-site walkthrough is scheduled for April 7, 2026.
