The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking feedback and expressions of interest from vendors regarding a forthcoming initiative titled Technology for Applications, Logistics, Operations, and Networks (TALON). This effort is part of TSA’s broader mission to modernize its IT operations, enhance service delivery, and better address evolving operational challenges.
The planned Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will focus on acquiring robust and scalable IT support services. The envisioned services will support the agency by enabling adoption of innovative technologies, leveraging data analytics for improved decision-making, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The BPA is anticipated to be a single-award agreement under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule Information Technology Category Schedule, with a potential duration of up to five years.
TSA encourages interested parties to provide feedback on draft evaluation criteria and share their capabilities in delivering advanced IT support services in alignment with the agency’s strategic goals. At this stage, TSA is not soliciting proposals, and no commitments regarding future solicitations or awards have been made.
