SUMMARY

TSA seeks industry feedback on a planned BPA for scalable IT support services to modernize operations and enhance service delivery.

DESCRIPTION

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to establish a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule for the provision of robust and scalable IT support services. This initiative, known as Technology for Applications, Logistics, Operations, and Networks (TALON), aims to modernize the TSA's IT operations, advance its strategic mission objectives, and enhance the overall quality of service delivery.

Through this effort, TSA seeks to leverage innovative technologies, improve decision-making with advanced data analytics, and enrich the customer experience across its operations. TSA is soliciting industry feedback and seeking information regarding the capabilities of firms able to deliver these comprehensive IT support services. Interested parties are encouraged to review the attached Statement of Objectives and provide input to inform project planning and milestone development.

This notice is released for informational and planning purposes only. No proposals or offers are being solicited at this time, and any response should be limited to non-proprietary information. The TSA will update anticipated project timelines following internal approvals and is not committed at this stage to issuing a formal solicitation, contract, or order.
