A government authority in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive technical support services. The scope of work includes Level 1 operational support for identity services, such as user provisioning and de-provisioning, group membership and role assignment changes, password resets, and basic identity access troubleshooting under governance.
Additionally, the vendor will provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include managing permissions and access to SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams channels, and Microsoft 365 groups, as well as providing access to shared mailboxes and distribution lists. The contractor will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, user computer provisioning and configuration, account creation and deactivation, and asset recovery for departing staff. Support for Microsoft Teams Phone and basic troubleshooting of calling issues is required, along with monitoring Microsoft 365 service health and coordinating escalation to Microsoft when necessary.
The contract duration will be for one year. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by May 18, 2026.
