DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide technical support and operational analysis services focused on improving the resilience and effectiveness of logistics, communications, command and control, and intelligence operations in highly contested environments.

The scope includes technologies for resilient and predictive logistics, such as autonomous last-mile resupply systems, additive manufacturing for battlefield parts, predictive maintenance algorithms, and smart resource management platforms. Vendors should also address assured positioning, navigation, and timing solutions that deliver reliable PNT data when GPS is compromised, including non-GPS navigation systems, anti-jamming hardware, spoofing detection, and secure time synchronization.

Additional requirements cover resilient communications capable of low-probability-of-intercept/detection in contested electromagnetic environments, decentralized command and control tools enabling decision-making at forward positions, and advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions—including integration of non-traditional sensors, AI/ML for target recognition, and sophisticated camouflage and deception countermeasures.
