DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Annapolis, Maryland seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive technical assistance related to economic studies involving the siting, licensing, and operation of electric power plants and transmission lines. The selected firm will offer specialized expertise on the economic and socioeconomic impacts of energy-related initiatives affecting the agency.

Key competencies required include technical knowledge in electric utility deregulation, potential reregulation, utility planning, econometric forecasting, as well as environmental and resource economics.
