DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a consulting firm to provide technical assistance services, including strategic analysis and regulatory guidance, to support program objectives in New York. The selected consultant will offer interpretation and advice regarding state statutes, rules, and regulations—such as private housing finance law, labor standards, environmental compliance, procurement, and financial management—to help optimize funding impact and ensure regulatory compliance.
