Expertise in Known Unknowns and Unknown Unknowns, including the Food Aid Consultative Group (FACG), International Food Relief Partnership (IFRP), Food Aid Quality Review, Non-Emergency Programming, Title V (Farmer-to-Farmer program), and IT Infrastructure and system needs
