DESCRIPTION

The City seeks a vendor to provide software that consolidates tax collection functions and streamlines the issuance of permits and licenses. The proposed system must support multiple concurrent end users, offering both processing and customer service functionalities, with options for view-only and administrative access. The administrative interface should enable designated staff to handle configuration, management, security controls, and reporting efficiently.

Integration capabilities with the City's current and future credit card payment processors, including Paymentus, are required.
