DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Illinois seeks a vendor to provide consulting services for the Target Market Planning Next Program. The scope includes urban planning and design, real estate development financial planning and project management, historic preservation, and climate change, sustainability, and resiliency planning. Vendors will also be responsible for graphic design, video production, and community outreach, as well as supporting website development and establishing project branding, graphic identity, and experiential graphics, subject to city approval.
The selected firm will analyze national and international trends in climate change, sustainability, and resiliency to inform policy and program recommendations. Additional responsibilities include content strategy and management of online presence, logistics for both in-person and virtual events, and creation of inclusive communication tools and engagement techniques compliant with federal accessibility standards.
