A vendor is sought to develop and implement a secure talent matching platform designed to connect youth and employers in Alberta. The platform will streamline the matching process to facilitate a high volume of placements, supporting youth seeking work-based learning (WBL) opportunities and employers looking to efficiently recruit candidates.
Key requirements include quick sign-up processes tailored for youth, employers, and post-secondary institutions (PSIs), role-based access and permissions, and user-friendly interfaces for submitting or importing WBL opportunities and qualifications. Youth users should be able to add their qualifications when applying for positions, while employers must have an organized view of applicants and be able to interact directly with candidates through the platform.
The platform must also provide comprehensive, low-latency data reporting and visualization through integrated dashboard tools. Robust data security and privacy measures are mandatory, ensuring industry-standard protection for personally identifiable information (PII) and transparent data practices with explicit user consent at all stages.
