The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Performax 3, Inc. for maintenance and support of the existing Performax 3 online platform. This platform is responsible for managing annual Joint Commission and OSHA training requirements, as well as additional employee training activities. The system is integrated with the VA’s TMS (online learning system) for tracking employee training histories.
Performax 3 provides content catalog and development services configured to meet the VA’s ADA Section 508 compliance standards and compatibility with VA TMS, utilizing a proprietary content development template. This allows training lessons to be shared across various VA sites. Maintenance and support of this unique, proprietary system are exclusive to Performax 3, Inc., as no third parties are authorized or certified to provide these services. This notice serves to communicate the intent to award on a sole source basis, and it is not a call for competitive proposals.
