DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to deliver a comprehensive talent hiring solutions platform to support recruitment efforts throughout New York. The platform will be required to enhance and expand enterprise-level talent acquisition capabilities for all job families, including clinical, allied health, administrative, research, technical, and leadership positions.
The selected provider will furnish advanced recruiting tools, employer branding features, and job advertising solutions that seamlessly integrate with the agency's applicant tracking system. The contract for this engagement will be established for a period of three years, supporting systemwide hiring initiatives.
