The State of Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to perform a comprehensive assessment of its core college systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), student information systems (SIS), and related platforms. The SIS assessment will encompass critical functions such as admissions, registration, course scheduling, grading, transcripts, degree audits, and financial aid processing. For the ERP component, the evaluation will focus on human resources, payroll, finance and accounting, procurement, budgeting, and reporting.
In addition to these main systems, the assessment will include a review of global college systems such as learning management systems (LMS), library and resource management tools, IT and administrative service desk ticketing systems, and communication platforms including email, messaging, and alerting tools. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a thorough analysis and recommendations for optimizing these technology environments. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
